Step 1 Start by selecting a shade of makeup foundation that closely matches your skin tone. Test 3 different shades on your jaw line to find the right color, and avoid choosing shades that are too dark or too golden.
Step 2 Apply makeup foundation to your face using the tips of your fingers, a makeup sponge or a foundation brush.
