eyes:
i'd definitely recommend mascara, since it really enhances your lashes and opens up your eyes. i'd try covergirl lash blast - it's fantastic! if you want, you can wear eyeshadow, but keep in mind that the shades you use are neutral (meaning, they're very close to your skin tone), since you just want to enhance, not look like you're going out to a night club. urban decay eyeshadows are amaaazing - they've got a light shimmer in them that really open up your eyes.
skin:
ALWAYS moisturize your skin, especially in the winter or else it'll become dry and might even start to crack. the moisturizer i swear by is olay original active hydrating beauty fluid. you can use concealer if you want to cover up any spots you have, but it's really not that necessary. don't wear foundation just yet - you don't need it!
lips:
invest in a good lip gloss - you can never go wrong with it! i like victorias secret's beauty rush lip gloss line (the strawberry fizz one is my favorite).
hair:
you might want to get a straightener if you have naturally curly or wavy hair; or, if you have straight hair, perhaps get a curling iron? they both make your hair look a lot more interesting, and a curling iron will give your hair more body + volume.
also, get some cute headbands! they work well on bad hair days - you can just pull your hair back in a ponytail and stick on a headband. they also look really pretty when your hair's down, too. don't get boring headbands - get ones with embellishments and such! urbanoutfitters.com has the best headbands!
